Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website krishnaaccounts.in, enrolling in any course or using any service provided by Krishna Accounts Institute, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

These terms apply to all visitors, students, parents/guardians and anyone who interacts with our institute, whether in person or online. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services.

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Krishna Accounts Institute.

We offer professional courses in Manual Accounts, Tally Prime, GST, Advanced Excel, Taxation and Business Accounting.

Admission & Eligibility

  • Admission is open to students of Class 8th and above, or as specified per course
  • Valid government-issued ID and Aadhaar card are required at the time of admission
  • One passport-size photograph is required for institute records and certificates
  • Students must provide accurate personal information; false information may result in cancellation of admission without refund
  • Re-admission after dropout is subject to seat availability and management approval
  • The institute reserves the right to refuse admission without providing reasons

Fees & Payments

Policy Details
Fee Payment Fees must be paid as per the schedule agreed at admission. We accept cash, UPI, bank transfer and cheque.
Refund Policy Fees paid are generally non-refundable. Partial refund may be considered within 7 days of admission if the student has not attended any class, subject to management approval.
Fee Receipt Always collect an official receipt for every payment made. The institute is not responsible for payments made without a receipt.
Late Payment Students with outstanding fees may be denied access to classes, exams or certificates until dues are cleared.
Fee Revision The institute reserves the right to revise course fees for new batches. Existing students will not be affected mid-course.
Certificate issuance is subject to full fee payment, minimum attendance requirement and successful completion of the examination.

Student Code of Conduct

All students are expected to maintain discipline and a respectful environment at all times. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Disrespectful or abusive behaviour towards faculty, staff or fellow students
  • Use of mobile phones during class without permission
  • Sharing or copying course materials provided by the institute without prior written consent
  • Cheating or malpractice during examinations — will result in immediate disqualification
  • Damaging institute property; students will be liable to pay for repairs
  • Ragging, harassment or any form of discrimination

Violation of the code of conduct may result in suspension or termination of enrollment without refund. The institute's decision in disciplinary matters will be final.

Attendance Policy
  • Minimum 75% attendance is required to be eligible for the institute's examination and certificate
  • Leave must be informed in advance through a written/WhatsApp request
  • Continuous absence for more than 15 days without notice may result in removal from the batch

Certification

  • Certificates are issued only after successful completion of the course, examination and full fee payment
  • Grading system: A+ (≥80%), A (70–80%), B (60–70%), C (50–60%)
  • Minimum passing grade is C (50%). Students scoring below 50% may retake the exam after additional coaching
  • Certificates are issued by Krishna Accounts Institute and authenticated by Tally Solutions where applicable
  • Duplicate certificates may be issued on request with applicable fee and valid reason
  • The institute is not responsible for how employers or institutions evaluate our certificates

Website Use

By using krishnaaccounts.in you agree to:

  • Use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying systems
  • Not use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the website
  • Not upload or transmit any malware, viruses or malicious code
  • Not misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organisation

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website for any user who violates these terms.

  • Course materials provided to students are for personal educational use only

  • Tally®, Tally Prime® and GST-related materials are the property of Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use of our materials may result in legal action under applicable Indian copyright laws.

Limitation of Liability

Krishna Accounts Institute shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or website
  • Failure to secure employment after course completion (placement assistance is advisory, not guaranteed)
  • Interruptions to services due to technical issues, power failures or force majeure events
  • Loss of data or information stored on institute devices by students
  • Third-party website links accessed through our site

Our total liability in any dispute shall not exceed the total fees paid by the student for the specific course in question.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Panipat, Haryana.

We encourage amicable resolution of any dispute. Students or parents with grievances are requested to first contact the institute management directly before initiating any legal proceedings.
